Festival tents
February seems to be festival tents season as we have had two festival tent installations in as many weeks. As you can imagine, it was a hectic period for both us and the respective festival organizers! It takes a lot of time to prepare and, even if you think that you are well prepared, there are always going to be last minute surprises thrown your way! The key to it all is to be as flexible as possible, if the festival organizer is thrown a curve ball by a sponsor or a participant, then something will be coming our way too.
We try to be as nimble and accommodating as possible, mostly we are, occasionally circumstances work against us. For both of these festivals, all the additional requests (not only for extra tents but re-locating some too!) we were able to help out everyone.
The results were that everyone was happy and we all felt proud of a job well done.
