Party Tent Rentals

Party tent rentals are just one, though important, aspect of what we do at Lakewood Tent Rental. We do commercial and festival rentals as well. We work with hotels, caterers, event organizers, businesses as well as with individual families. Party tent rentals are fun to organize and do. Many people have been under tents at various locations but when they want to have one for themselves, it can seem like a daunting thing.

We, in this business, have so many questions to ask you and you may feel bombarded! Basically we are asking for information to try to get you the right tent for your event. If I rent you a tent that is too big for your needs then effectively you are being over charged. Too small a tent then you won’t have enough roof for your party.

Of course the actual space available for a tent is one important and determining factor for a number of rentals, but in an ideal world we ask questions along these lines (other than the date);

•  how many guests are you planning on inviting?
• will everyone be seated?
• buffet or food service?
• dance floor? DJ?
• what surface will the tent be on? i.e. grass, asphalt or other
• do you need to rent tables, chairs etc?
• lights?
• location?
• would a site visit be helpful?

 

These are the general kind of questions that you will be asked and this will help us to find the ideal size options for you.
